What is the minimum order?
Most custom items start at 25 pieces. Some lines like gloves and tee bags start at 50. For 1 to 5 pieces, ask about ready-to-order options.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on product and quantity, and larger orders cost less per piece. Design your order to see the price, or send your logo for a full quote.
How long does it take?
Custom orders are made to order and typically arrive about 6 weeks from payment. Reserve early and we hold your production slot.
Do I have to pay before I see it?
No. You get a free mockup first, with no payment. A deposit reserves your price and slot, and the balance is due after you approve the mockup.
What if the order arrives wrong?
You approve the mockup before production starts, and the mockup you approve is the standard we hold ourselves to. If something arrives wrong, tell us and the team will work through it with you.
